养血复宫丸对血瘀型剖宫产后子宫复旧不良的疗效分析

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effects of Yangxue Fugong Pills on Uterine Subinvolution of Blood Stagnation after Cesarean Section

目的观察养血复宫丸对血瘀型剖宫产后子宫复旧不良的疗效。方法 120例剖宫产术后产妇,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组于剖宫产第1天给予缩宫素10 U肌注,并静滴抗生素预防感染。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予养血复宫丸。观察两组患者治疗后证候总有效率、术后宫底下降高度、血性恶露量、血性恶露持续天数、术后第7天和42天B超测量三径(长径、前后径、横径)之和、42 d宫腔积液情况。结果治疗组治疗后证候总有效率、术后宫底下降高度、术后第3、4、5、6、7天血性恶露量、血性恶露持续天数、术后第7天和第42天B超测量三径之和、42 d宫腔积液情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血复宫丸对血瘀型剖宫产后子宫复旧不良有较好的疗效,且未见严重用药不良反应,易于被产妇接受,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Yangxuefugong pills on uterine subinvolution of blood stagnation after cesarean section. Methods One hundred and twenty puerperal after cesarean section were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. In the control group,on the 1stday,the intramuscular injection with oxytocin 10 U was given and the intravenous drips with antibiotics were given for infection prevention. In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,Yangxuefugong pills were given. The total effective rate on the syndrome,the dropped height of uterine bottom,lochia volume,duration of lochia,the sum of the long diameter,anteroposterior diameter and transverse diameter via ultrasonic B on the 7thday and the 42 ndafter operation as well as the uterine effusion in 42 days after operation were observed in the two groups. Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate of syndrome,the dropped height of uterine bottom,the lochia volume on the 3rd,4th,5th,6thand7 thdays after operation,the duration of lochia（ days）,the sum of the long diameter,anteroposterior diameter and transverse diameter via ultrasonic B on the 7thday and the 42 ndafter operation as well as the uterine effusion in 42 days after operation were better apparently than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yangxuefugong pills can achieve the good therapeutic effects on uterine subinvolution of blood stagnation after cesarean section,have no severe side effects and are easily accepted by the patients. Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
