王富莊“偏瘫十针”在改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体功能及肢体血流变化中的效果观察

Observation on Effect of WANG Fuzhuang “Ten Needles for Hemiplegia” in Improving Limb Function and Limb Blood Flow Change of Patients with Hemiplegia After Stroke

目的探讨王富莊"偏瘫十针"对改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者肢体功能的效果及肢体血流的变化影响。方法将2015年3月至2016年8月期间收治的64例脑卒中后偏瘫患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组32例。对照组采用功能锻炼方式,治疗组在功能锻炼基础上施行"偏瘫十针"治疗。7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。分别采用Full-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、改良巴氏指数评分量表(MBI)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)对两组患者肢体功能恢复情况进行比较,多普勒超声测定治疗前后患者的肢体血流指标[正向峰流速(PFV)、反向峰流速(PRV)、平均流速(MV)]。结果 (1)治疗后两组患者FMA、MBI及BBS评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组的各项评分优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后两组患者的肢体血流指标PFV、PRV及MV与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组各项指标优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论王富莊"偏瘫十针"应用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者的康复训练中,可以明显加快患者肢体的血流速度,提高患者肢体的运动能力,更好地提高了患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the influence of WANG Fuzhuang＂ten needles for hemiplegia＂in improving the limb function and limb blood flow change of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 64 patients with hemiplegia after stroke from March 2015 to August 2016 were divided into control group and treatment group with 32 cases in each group. The control group were treated with functional exercise method,the treatment group were treated with ＂ten needles for hemiplegia＂on the basic treatment of functional exercise. Seven day was a course and treated with 4 courses. The limb function situation were evaluated and compared with Full-Meyer motor function scale（ FMA）,modified Barthel index scale（ MBI） and Berg Balance Scale（ BBS）,the limb blood flow indexes[positive peak flow velocity（ PFV）,reverse peak flow velocity（ PRV） and average flow velocity（ MVV） ]of patients before and after the treatment were detected with Doppler ultrasound. Results There was statistically significant in the score of FMA,MBI and BBS in two groups before and after treatment. The score of FMA,MBI and BBS in treatment group after the treatment were all obviously better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The limb blood flow indexes（ PFV,PRV,MV） of two groups had obviously significant differences before and after treatment. The ascending range of PFV,PRV and MV indexes in treatment group after treatment were more obvious than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of WANG Fuzhuang＂ten needles for hemiplegia＂in the rehabilitation training of patients with hemiplegia after stroke can obviously improve the blood flow velocity of limbs and movement ability of limbs,so it has better role for the improvement of life quality.
