方证相应理论在过敏性鼻炎中的应用与研究

Application and research of Coordination of Formula and Pattern in Allergic Rhinitis

方剂与其适应症存在契合而固定的对应关系。方证相应是其中关系之一。而经方与其适应症之间的关系最为固定,是方证相应的典型代表。文章以方证相应为理论指导,根据过敏性鼻炎的临床症状与体征,分别从桂枝汤证、小青龙汤证、麻黄附子细辛汤证、小柴胡汤证、薯蓣丸证等角度,论述经方在治疗过敏性鼻炎的基础研究及临床效果,并认为在方证相应理论指导下治疗的过敏性鼻炎具有较好的临床优势和效果,可为规范治疗过敏性鼻炎提供思路。

There was a fixed correspondence between the prescription and its indication. Coordination of formula and pattern was one of the relationships. The relationship between the classical prescriptions and its indication was a typical representative of the coordination of formula and pattern which was most fixed. Based on the theory of coordination of formula and pattern and the clinical symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis,the fundamental research and clinical efficacy on classical prescriptions in the treatment of allergic rhinitis was explained from the pespective of Guizhi decoction syndrome,Xiaoqinglong decoction syndrome,Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction syndrome,Xiaochaihu decoction syndrome and Shuyu pill syndrome respectively. The result shows that the treatment method on allergic rhinitis under the guidance of the theory of coordination of formula and pattern has clinical advantages and good effect,which could provide reference for the standardized treatment of allergic rhinitis.
