国防动员潜力统计调查是国家统计调查体系的重要组成部分。文章研究通过统计调查摸清国防动员潜力资源状况,以加强国防动员建设的一项重要的经常性、基础性工作。提出要积极适应国防动员实战化、法制化、信息化和军民融合式发展新要求,着力解决当前面临的矛盾问题,完善组织管理体系,改进调查内容方法,加强潜力数据管理,不断提高国防动员潜力统计调查的质量效益。

Statistical investigation of national defense mobilization potential is an important component of national statistical investigation system. Ascertaining the actual situation of mobilization potential resources by statistical investigation is a regular and fundamental work in enhancing national defense mobilization. To meet the demands of positivity and legalization and informatization in defense mobilization, and meet the demand of integrated military and civilian development, we must concentrate on solving the existing contradictions and problems, and improve the quality and efficiency of statistical investigation, by perfecting organizational management system, improving content and methods, strengthening potential data management.
