摘要
基于指挥信息系统的作战指挥是一种新的作战指挥方式,给指挥员作战指挥提出挑战,只有深刻认识基于信息系统作战指挥的特点,才能发挥出最大作战效能。文章从六个方面对基于指挥信息系统作战指挥的特点进行了阐述,详述了指挥信息系统的作战特点以及应用特点。以为指挥员了解指挥信息系统,基于指挥信息系统开展作战指挥提供理论支撑。
The operational command based on command information system is a new type ot operauonal command. It brings some challenges to the military command for commanders. Only through deep understanding of characteristics of operational command based on the command information system, can the commanders help produce the maximum combating effectiveness. This paper describes command characteristics based on command information system from six aspects and introduces the operational characteristics and application characteristics of command information system in details. It can help the commander understand the command information system and provide theoretical support to carry out combat command based on command information system.
