新型城镇化的加快推进,为市域(郊)铁路在我国发展提供难得的机遇。随着人口向中心城市不断集聚和城市群内部城市间联系不断加强,既有轨道交通系统面临改革。面对都市圈和特定城镇化地区需求市场变化,市域(郊)铁路相比传统铁路和城市轨道交通系统,在速度、服务和灵活性等方面更具优势。抓住当前有利时机,加快推进市域(郊)铁路发展,在机制构建、规划制定、标准体系建立、投融资与商业模式创新等方面做好工作,为更好地服务我国新型城镇化建设大局发挥支撑引领作用。

The fast development of new-type urbanization provides opportunities for suburban railway in China. As population continually gathers in central city and inner cities in urban agglomerations continually strengthen their links, current rail transportation system needs reform. According to the demand market difference of metropolitan area and specific new-type urbanization area, suburban railway has advantages in speed, service and flexibility compared to traditional railway and urban rail transportation system. We should grasp current opportunities, speed up the development of suburban railway, and do a good job in mechanism establishment, planning formulation, standard system establishment, investment and financing and the innovation of business model, which can play a supporting and leading role in servicing new-type urbanization for China.
