摘要
合理的信息系统运维定额水平能够支持企业正确决策,提升企业运维工作的竞争能力,指导企业提高经营效益。运维定额既会随着信息系统应用范围的差异、部署地域的不同、服务等级的区分而有所调整,也会随着运维技术的进步以及管理水平的提高而不断变化。在当前运维技术水平和管理模式下,重点分析可能对铁路信息系统运维定额产生影响的因素,并对影响因素进行了量化研究。
Reasonable level of information system operation and maintenance quota supports the correct decision-making of a company, enhances the competitiveness of operation and maintenance of the company, and guides it in improving operation efficiency. The operation and maintenance quota vary according to different application scopes of the information system and variant deployment locations and service levels, and will change with the progress of the operation and maintenance technologies and the improvement management. With the current operation and maintenance technology level and management mode, the factors that may influence the operation and maintenance quota of railway information system are analyzed and quantitatively studied.
