摘要
目的:以中医脏腑理论"肺与大肠相表里"为指导思想,建立肺病动物模型与肠病动物模型,分别选取二个不同时间点(第8天、第16天)观察不同组织中相关活性物质SP、VIP、iNOS、CGRP的表达与关联,探求"肺与大肠相表里"的病理实质。方法:两批健康雌性SD大鼠,体质量110~120 g,每批35只。随机将每批的35只大鼠分为5组,均为正常组、限食组、限水组、高氧组和低氧组,测定肺和大肠中CGRP、iNOS、SP和VIP等物质的含量的变化观察肺与大肠在神经肽相关物质方面的相关性。结果:8天和16天时5组之间大鼠肺与肠道的CGRP、iNOS、SP和VIP的含量两两相比,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:无法证明肺与大肠在神经肽物质CGRP、iNOS、SP和VIP中有关联。
Objective:To observe the expressions of SP, VIP, iNOS, and CGRP both in lungs and in large intestine on the 8th and the 16th day respectively after modeling, and try to explore the pathological substances for interior - exterior relation of the lung and the large intestine. Methods. Two batches of healthy female SD rats(110- 120 g, 35 per batch) were used in this experiment at different point of time. Each time, 35 rats were randomly divided into five groups, i.e. the normal group, the dietary restriction group, the drinking restriction group, the hyperoxia group, and the hypoxia group. The contents of CGRP, iNOS, SP, and VIP were tested both in the lung and in the large intestine to observe changes and to explore whether there were relations between the lung and the large intestine in terms of neuropeptides. Results:There were no significant differences about the contents of CGRP, iNOS, SP, and VIP among five groups by pair comparison both on the 8th and the 16th day (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions:It can not be proved that the relationship of the lung and the large intestine are associated with their relative neuropeptides.
