萆薢渗湿汤对慢性湿疹患者免疫因子水平的影响

The Effect of Bixie Shenshi Decoction on Immune Factors of Chronic Eczema Patients

目的:探究萆薢渗湿汤对慢性湿疹患者免疫因子水平的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的40例慢性湿疹患者随机分为中药治疗组及西药对照组。中药治疗组给予萆薢渗湿汤治疗,西药对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪片治疗,连续治疗4周。两组患者于治疗前与治疗后进行静脉血采集,运用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法检测IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ、IgE、LTB4的水平,并对患者血清中IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IFN-γ、IgE及LTB4的水平进行差异性分析。结果:两组患者治疗后IFN-γ水平上升,IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IgE及LTB4的水平下降(P<0.05),中药治疗组的改变程度更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:萆薢渗湿汤对慢性湿疹具有显著的疗效,其作用机理与升高IFN-γ,降低IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IgE及LTB4水平有关。

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of Bixie Shenshi decoction on chronic eczema pa- tients. Methods ：40 cases of chronic eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group（ Chinese medicine group） and the control group（ western medicine group）. The treatment group was given Bixie Shenshi Decoction, and the control group was treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets. After four -week continuous treatment, the concentrations of IL - 2, IL - 4, IL - 10, IFN -γ, IgE, and LTB4 were tested by ELISA method, and the differences between the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment, the concentrations of IFN -γ in both groups were increased, whereas the concentrations of IL - 2, IL - 4, IL - 10, IgE and LTB4 were decreased （P 〈 0.05 ）, and changes in the treatment group were more significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Bixie Shenshi decoction has significant curative effect for the treatment of chronic eczema.
