益气活血温阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及对血清NT-proBNP、hs-CRP和MMP-9水平的影响

Efficacy on Chronic Heart Failure and the Effect on the Expression of Serum NT-proBNP,hs-CRP and MMP-9 by Replenishing Qi,Activating Blood and Warming Yang Therapy

目的:探讨益气活血温阳法治疗CHF的临床疗效及其对血清NT-proBNP、hs-CRP和MMP-9水平的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的慢性心力衰竭患者120例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。观察组患者给予益气活血温阳疗法联合西医药物常规治疗;对照组患者单独给予西医药物常规治疗。比较两组患者治疗4周后的临床有效率;检测两组患者治疗前和治疗4周后血清NT-proBNP、hs-CRP和MMP-9等相关指标的表达水平;观察两组患者治疗前和治疗4周后LVEF、LVD、SV、CO等心功能指标。结果:治疗后观察组患者的总有效率(88.33%)显著高于对照组(71.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血清NT-proBNP、hs-CRP和MMP-9表达水平明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清NT-proBNP、hsCRP和MMP-9表达水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者治疗后LVEF、SV、CO等心功能指标明显高于治疗前,而LVD明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后观察组患者LVEF、LVD、SV、CO等心功能指标较对照组改善更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:益气活血温阳疗法联合西医药物常规治疗CHF,可显著提高治疗临床有效率,提高心功能分级,改善心功能指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To investigate the efficacy on Chronic heart failure and the effect on the expression of ser- um NT - proBNP, hs - CRP and MMP - 9 by replenishing Qi, activating blood and warming Yang therapy. Methods：All the patients were randomly divided into an observation group of 60 cases by replenishing Qi, acti- vating blood and warming Yang therapy combined with conventional western medicine and a control group of 60 cases by conventional western medicine only. The effective rates were compared after treatment of 4 weeks ; the serum levels of NT - proBNP, hs - CRP and MMP - 9 were observed and compared in two groups after treat- ment of 4 weeks;the cardiac function indexes （LVEF, LVD, SV and CO） were observed and compared in two groups after treatment of 4 weeks. Results ： After treatment of 4 weeks, the effective rate of observation group （88.33%） were significantly higher than that of the control group（71.67% ） （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment of 4 weeks, the serum levels of NT - proBNP, hs - CRP and MMP - 9 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the serum levels of NT - proBNP, hs - CRP and MMP - 9 in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment of 4 weeks （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment of 4 weeks, LVEF, SV and CO in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment （P 〈0. 05） ;LVD in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment（P 〈0. 05） ;the improvement of LVEF, SV, CO and LVD in observation group was more significant than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： For the CHF patients, replenishing Qi, activating blood and warming Yang therapy combined with conventional western medicine can improve the effective rate significantly and enhance ,the cardiac function effectively, which is worthy of promotion.
