麻黄附子细辛汤联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction Combined with Montelukast in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:探讨麻黄附子细辛汤联合孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果与安全性分析。方法:采用前瞻性分析法选取咳嗽变异性哮喘患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组给予常规治疗加麻黄附子细辛汤联合孟鲁司特;对照组给予常规治疗加孟鲁司特咀嚼片口服。观察两组患者治疗前后细胞因子水平、症状积分变化及临床疗效,比较治疗后两组患者不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后治疗组在细胞因子(Hs-CRP、IL-4、TNF-α)水平、症候积分(咳嗽、咯痰、胸膈满闷)方面与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94.00%,对照组总有效率为84.00%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻黄附子细辛汤联合孟鲁司特能够有效地缓解咳嗽变异性哮喘患者临床症状,值得进一步推广及应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with montelukast in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods： A prospective analysis was used to select 100 cases of cough variant asthma. A simple number of random method was Used to divide patients into a treatment group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy plus montelukast, and the treatment group was given routine treatment plus Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with montelukast. Observe patients in two groups before and after treatment according to cytokine levels, symptom score changes groups after treatment. Results： After TNF-α） levels and symptom integral significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; in and clinical efficacy. Compare the incidence of adverse reactions in two treatment, in the treatment group the cell factor （Hs -CRP, IL- 4, （cough, sputum, chest and diaphragm fullness and oppression） had a the treatment group the total efficiency was 94.00%, and in the control group the total effective rate was 84.00%. The differences between two groups had a statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with montelukast is able to effectively alle-viate cough variant asthma and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
