水飞蓟宾治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效分析及对患者生存质量影响的研究

The Clinical Efficacy of Silibinin and Its influence to Life Quality of NAFLD Patients

目的:探析水飞蓟宾在非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)中的疗效及对患者生存质量的影响。方法:符合纳入标准的88例NAFLD患者采用双盲法随机分为对照组和研究组,各44例。所有患者均进行生活干预(饮食控制、运动指导及健康教育),在此基础上,对照组口服生素E胶丸治疗,研究组口服水飞蓟宾治疗。经过1个疗程(3个月)治疗后,对两组患者治疗前后的血脂、肝功能、血糖水平相关指标及治疗有效率、生存质量进行比较。结果:研究组在血脂(TC、TC)、肝功能(ALT、AST)及血糖水平(FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c)相关指标上改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。疗效方面,研究组治疗有效率为90.9%,而对照组治疗有效率为70.5%,二者相比差异显著(P<0.05)。生存质量方面,研究组SF-36评分较治疗前有了显著提升(P<0.05),且提升程度显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:水飞蓟宾治疗非酒精性脂肪肝能显著提高治疗有效率,显著改善血脂、肝功能及血糖水平等指标,促进肝损伤的修复,最终提高患者生存质量,是一种有效的辅助治疗药物,临床值得推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy of Silibinin for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） and its influence to their fife quality. Methods：88 NAFLD patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 44 cases in each group. All patients were given lifestyle interventions, which include diet control, exercise guidance and health education; on this basis, the control group was also intervened with vitamin E, whereas the observation group was intervened with Silibinin. After one courses of treatment （ three months）, blood lipids, liver function, blood glucose level, clinical efficacy, and life quality were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results：The improvements of serum levels of lipids （ TG,TC ）, liver function （ALT,AST） and blood glucose levels （ FPG,2hPG, HbA1 c） were significantly in the treatment group more than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of the obser-vation group was 90.9%, which was significantly higher than 70.5% of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In terms of life quality, the SF - 36 score before medication of the observation group was significantly higher than that after medication （ P 〈 0.05 ）, of which the improvement degree was significantly better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Silibinin can significantly increase the clinical efficacy for NAFLD pa- tients, it can remarkably improve blood lipid, liver function and blood glucose level, promote the repair of liver injury, and ultimately improve the life quality of the patients. It is an effective adjuvant medication, which is worthy of clinical application.
