多年来,医疗暴力从打砸医院、医闹,向无目的地滥杀医生转变,医闹、伤医、杀医等各种恶性医疗暴力事件层出不穷,不仅威胁到医务人员人身安全,扰乱正常医疗秩序,也损害了广大患者的利益,已经成为当前面临的一个重大的社会问题。打击涉医违法犯罪,关乎社会稳定。各种暴力涉医违法犯罪行为的产生和蔓延有着错综复杂的原因背景和社会因素,需要多管齐下、综合治理。从长远的角度解决医患矛盾,必须要加快推进医改和法治建设。医患本是共同体,只有理顺双方关系,才能从根本上杜绝伤医现象。
