招投标制度是规范招投标行为的基础保障,对各个领域的有序发展起着重要的规范与约束作用。近年来,我国的市场经济水平不断提高,市场经济体制下招投标制度存在的一些问题逐渐暴露出来,需要相关部门积极采取合理的措施进行完善,以促进我国社会与经济的良好发展。
The bidding system is the basic guarantee for the protection of the bidding behavior, and plays an important role in the orderly development of various fields. In recent years, the market economy of our country has been continuously improved, some problems existing in the bidding system under the market economy system gradually exposed, and the relevant departments should take reasonable measures to perfect it so as to promote the sound development of our society and economy.
