摘要
随着城乡一体化的迅猛发展,房地产行业在中国炙手可热,其竞争也愈演愈烈。可是近几年,由于房价过热,银行信贷利息增高等多方面因素的影响,致使市场供大于求的现象非常严重。房屋成交量下滑,致使房地产企业产出过剩,企业压力陡然增大。当前的房地产企业在成本控制方面存在一些问题。论文通过对现行房地产企业成本控制的现状进行分析,提出了一些措施,希望对房地产企业有所助益。
With the rapid development of urban and rural integration, the real estate industry in China is hot, the competition of real estate industry is intensified. But in recent years, due to overheating prices, bank credit interest increases and many other factors, resulting in the phenomenon of oversupply of the market is very serious. Housing turnover fell, resulting in real estate business output surplus, corporate pressure suddenly increased. There are some problems in the cost control of the current real estate enterprises. Through the analysis of the current situation of cost control in real estate enterprises, this paper puts forward some measures to help real estate enterprises.
