摘要
近年来,我国整体法律体系和制度得到很大的发展与完善,这给广大群众的维权提供了有利的帮助。但是,由于我国劳动争议处理制度不完善,给劳动纠纷事件的处理造成一定的影响。相关部门必须加强对劳动争议问题的重视,对其操作过程中存在的问题进行深入分析研究,采取有效的方式进行相关体系或是制度的完善,为劳动纠纷事件的处理提供有利的帮助。论文从现阶段我国现行的劳动争议处理体制存在的问题进行分析,进而指出有效提高劳动争议处理的措施。
In recent years, China’s overall legal system and institution have been greatly improved and developed, which has provided favorable help to safegurd legal rights of the masses. However, because of the imperfect labor dispute settlement system, it has a certain impact on the handling of labor disputes. The relevant departments must pay more attention to the issue of labor disputes, and make a thorough analysis and study of the problems existing in the process of their work, take effective measures to improve the relevant system or system, and provide favorable help for the handling of labor disputes. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current labor dispute settlement system in our country, and then points out the measures to improve the labor dispute resolution.
