Power generation enterprises are one of the components of many enterprises in the society. They are mainly responsible for the supply of energy, and play an irreplaceable role in the development of society. In the process of its development, fuel procurement is the most critical part of the whole enterprise, which directly affects the economic efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, to do a good job in fuel procurement of electric power enterprises is conducive to promoting the progress and development of the whole. However, in the process of fuel purchasing of power plants, there are many problems due to various factors, so it is urgent to take the optimization measures to solve them. Based on this, the paper discusses the optimization measures of fuel purchasing in power plants.
