某核电厂风机自动加油控制技术分析研究与应用

摘要 核辅助厂房通风系统为整个核电站核辅助厂房和反应堆厂房提供通风换气、加热、制冷、过滤、负压维持等功能,该系统风机设计有自动加油器。论文从前期项目采用的控制方案出发,分析论证该方案的缺陷和不足之处,并针对这些问题引入高频振荡接近开关的控制方案。运行实践表明,该方案经济可靠,实用性强,能有效保证核电厂核辅助厂房通风系统风机的运行安全,后续核电项目亦可参考借鉴。 Nuclear auxiliary building ventilation system takes the function of air exchange, heating, cooling, filtrating and keeping negative pressure for the whole nuclear auxiliary building and reactor building. The fan of the system is designed with automatic oiler. Starting from the control scheme adopted in the earlier project, this paper analyzes and proves the defects and shortcomings of the project, and introduces the control scheme of high frequency oscillation approaching switch for these problems. And the operation practice shows that this control project is economically, reliable, and has high practicability, can efficiency ensure the safety of fan. It also has reference value for the future nuclear power project.
