二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙修复中的应用效果观察

Observation On The Effect Of Two Zirconia All Ceramic Crown In Anterior Teeth Restoration

目的探讨二氧化锆全瓷冠在前牙修复中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年12月就诊的患者150例(336颗)。根据修复方法的不同分为观察组(75例,171颗,二氧化锆全瓷冠修复)和对照组(75例,165颗,PFM修复)。观察两种修复体的修复效果。结果观察组75例(171颗)牙龈颜色均正常,未见变灰、变黑情况,牙龈色泽变化发生率为0;对照组75例(165颗)牙龈颜色正常128颗,变灰23颗,变黑14颗,牙龈色泽变化发生率为22.4%,观察组明显少于对照组,组间比较,P<0.05;观察组牙龈炎症发生率(18.1%)明显低于对照组(40.0%),组间比较,P<0.05。观察组患者边缘密合度均达A级,明显优于对照组,组间比较,P<0.05。结论二氧化锆全瓷冠不仅在硬度上具有优势,且良好的遮色效果,可以改善金属烤瓷冠对牙龈产生的刺激和过敏反应,达到最佳的修复效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of two zirconia all ceramic crown in the restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 150 patients（ from January 2014 to December 2015） were selected from our hospital in336 cases. According to the different repair methods were divided into observation group（ 75 cases,171,two zirconia all ceramic crown repair） and control group（ n = 75,165,PFM repair）. To observe the repair effect of two kinds of prosthesis. Results The observation group of 75 cases（ 171 teeth） of gingival color were normal,no gray,black,gingiva color change rate was 0; the control group of 75 cases（ 165 teeth） 128 normal gingival color,gray23,black 14 teeth,gums color change rate was 22. 4%,the observation group was significantly less than the control group,comparison group,P 〈 0. 05; the observation group the incidence of gingivitis（ 18. 1%） was significantly lower than the control group（ 40%）,comparison between groups,P 〈 0. 05; the patients in the observation group were edge density reached A-level,significantly better than the control group,comparison group,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Two zirconia all ceramic crown not only has the advantage of hardness,but also can improve the effect of the metal ceramic crown on gingival irritation and allergic reaction.
