EB病毒DNA拷贝数在鼻咽癌转移患者化疗监测中的意义

The Clinical Significance of Plasma EB Virus DNA Copy Number in the Monitoring of Chemotherapeutic Efficacy of Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Metastasis

目的探讨血浆EB病毒DNA(EBV DNA)拷贝数监测鼻咽癌转移患者化疗疗效的临床意义。方法我院2013年6月至2016年6月确诊的42例鼻咽癌转移患者进行6个疗程的化疗,每2个疗程化疗后抽取外周血进行疗效评价,采用荧光定量PCR法检测血浆EBV DNA水平。结果 EBV DNA降低者和升高者化疗疗效与EBV DNA变化基本一致,PR、SD、PD组化疗前后EBV DNA对数值的比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论检测血浆EBV DNA水平可以准确评价鼻咽癌转移患者的化疗疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of plasma EBV DNA copy number in monitoring the efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis. Methods Forty-two patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were diagnosed from June 2013 to June 2016 were enrolled in a 6-course chemotherapy. Peripheral blood was extracted from each of the two courses. The plasma EBV was measured by fluorescence quantitative PCR. DNA levels. Results The efficacy of EBV DNA reduction and elevated chemotherapy was consistent with EBV DNA changes,there were significant differences in the values of EBV DNA between PR group,SD group and PD group before and after chemotherapy（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The detection of plasma EBV DNA level could accurately evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis.
