双J管用于解除恶性肿瘤压迫致输尿管梗阻的作用

The Effect of Double J Tube in the Treatment of Ureteral Obstruction Caused by Malignant Tumor Compression

目的探究双J管用于解除恶性肿瘤压迫致输尿管梗阻的作用。方法随机选取我院收治的恶性肿瘤压迫致输尿管梗阻患者60例,将其分为观察组、对照组1组、2组共3组,各20例,分别采用巴德双J形输尿管肿瘤支架管留置术、肾造瘘术、普通双J管留置术治疗,对比分析3组治疗效果、不良反应及满意度情况。结果观察组患者治疗后血清肌酐、尿素氮及钾离子水平明显优于对照组1组、2组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率(5.00%)与对照组1组、2组(35.00%)、(30.00%)相比明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论留置巴德双J形输尿管肿瘤支架管在解决恶性肿瘤对输尿管压迫所致的梗阻时效果显著,可改善患者肾脏功能,不良反应较少,满意度高,操作简单方便,临床意义重大。

Objective To investigate the effect of double J tube in the treatment of ureteral obstruction caused by malignant tumor compression.Methods Sixty cases of patients with ureteral obstruction caused by malignant tumor compression were randomly selected from our hospital,and they were divided into the observation group,control group I and control group II,20 cases in each group.Patients in the three groups were treated by operation of Bard double J tube ureteral tumor indwelling,nephrostomy and common double J tube indwelling,respectively.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results The levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and potassium ion in the observation group were significantly better than those in control group I and control group II,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group（5.00%）was significantly lower than that in control group I（35.00%）and control group II（30.00%）,and there were difference between the three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Indwelling ureteral tumor of Budd double J tube for ureteral obstruction patients caused by malignant tumor compression has significant effect,which can improve renal function of patients,reduce adverse reaction and has characteristics of high satisfaction,simple and convenient operation and has great clinical significance.
