艾拉莫德治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

Efficacy About The Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Use Ella Maude

目的观察艾拉莫德治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取在我院诊治的类风湿性关节炎患者60例为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组每天早晚口服艾拉莫德片25 mg,对照组每天早饭后口服来氟米特片20 mg,疗程均为2个月。观察服药2月后患者的临床疗效、不良反应、症状、体征以及实验室检查结果。结果实验组总有效率93.3%,显著高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应:实验组13.3%,对照组20%,两组差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组治疗后关节疼痛指数、肿胀指数、晨僵、CRP及ESR等各项指标的改善程度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾拉莫德作为一种新型的DMARDs药物,特异性的抑制了FLSs中的IL-17信号通路,从而可以减少大量促炎因子的生成,全面抑制破骨细胞,促进成骨细胞的分化,延缓或控制病情的发展,持久改善关节功能,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To observed the clinical efficacy about the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis use Ella Maude.Method 60 rheumatoid arthritis patients whowas treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental were oral Ella Maude 25 mg in the morning and evening everyday,and the control group were oral Leflunomide 20 mg after breakfast daily everyday,the course were lasted two months.Then,observed the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,symptoms,signs and laboratory test results in patients after two months later.Result The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.3% which was significantly higher than the control group’s 73.3%,and the difference have statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 13.3% which was lower than control group’s 20%,and the difference haven’t statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The degree of improvement at joint pain index,swelling index,morning stiffness,C-reactionprotein（CRP）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）and other indicators in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion As a new disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs（DMARDs）drug,Ella Maude can specifically inhibit the interleukin 17（IL-17）signaling pathway in Fibroblast-like synovial cells（FLSs）,which can reduce the generation of a large number of pro-inflammatory cytokines,fully inhibit osteoclast promoting osteoblast differentiation,slow or control the disease progresses,improve the function in joint and alleviate the suffering of patients.
