基于PSR模型的邯郸市城市土地集约利用评价

Evaluation of urban land intensive use of Handan based on PSR model

以邯郸市为例,从《中国城市统计年鉴》收集相关数据,在已有研究的基础上结合PSR模型,用主成分分析法、相关性分析法和熵值法建立了一个城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,并对邯郸市进行实证研究,分析每年的土地集约利用情况及其原因.结果发现邯郸市的土地集约度不断上升,城市土地压力主要表现在人口与环境方面,状态主要表现在经济与民生方面,响应与政府政策紧密相关.证明邯郸市的土地利用情况虽然不断好转,但是仍然有很大的提升空间,并且提出了加大工业技术整改力度、加快经济结构调整、保护环境、改善民生四方面建议.

In this paper, collecting the relevant data from the Chinese City Statistical Yearbook, according to existing research combined with the PSR model, principal component analysis method, eorrelation analysis method and entropy method, an index system of urban land intensive use evaluation was established. Then, we analyse the situation of land in- tensive use and causes by taking Handan as an example. Results show that the land intensive degree of Handan is rising, and urban land pressure is mainly in the population and the environment, and land state mainly in the economy and peo- ple＇s livelihood, and urban response is closely related to government policy. It is shown that Handan city land utilization is improving, but there is still much room for improvement, and we should put forward rectification efforts to increase indus- trial technology, accelerate the adjustment of economic structure, protect the environment and improve people＇s livelihood.
