摘要
目的研究提高医院消毒供应中心器材消毒质量的方法,为临床上提高医院消毒供应中心器材消毒质量提供思路。方法将腔镜器械30套与专科精密手术器械31套拍成数码照片,提供给医院供应中心,比较2016年1月至6月(照片提供前)与2016年7月至12月(照片提供后)供应中心对腔镜器械及专科精密手术器械的消毒质量和临床感染率。结果数码器械照片提供后腔镜器械及专科精密器械经生物监测(100.00%)与B-D试验(99.30%)两种检验方式均高于照片提供前,在临床上应用的感染率(1.16%)显著低于照片提供前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论详细、清晰、具体的数码器械照片能够有效提高医院消毒供应中心对腔镜器械及专科精密手术器械消毒的质量,降低因医疗器械未完全消毒带来的感染,值得推广使用。
Objective To provide new ideas for improving the disinfection quality of medical apparatus in the disinfection supply center by exploring new methods. Methods Firstly, we captured the digital photographs of 30 sets of laparoscopie apparatuses and 31 sets of specialist precision surgical instruments. We compared the disinfection quality and clinical infection rate of laparoscopic apparatuses and specialist surgical instruments between from January, to June (before the photo provided) and from July to December in 2016 (after the photo provided). Results The levels of biological monitoring ( 100.00% ) and B-D test ( 99.30% ) for laparoscopic apparatuses and specialist surgical instruments after capturing the digital photographs were both better than that before capturing the photographs. And the clinical infection rate after capturing the digital photographs was significantly reduced compared with that before capturing the digital photographs. These differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Detailed, clear and specific digital instrument photographs can effectively improve the disinfection quality of laparoscopic apparatuses and specialist surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center and reduce the clinical infection rate from not fully disinfected medical devices. So it is worth to use in clinical practice.
