新业态视域下的广东文化产业竞争力研究 被引量:4

摘要 新业态视域下,地区的文化产业竞争力体现在产业的融合能力、产品的创新能力、资源的整合能力、市场的拓展能力。广东文化产业具有科技融合能力强、企业多元化与产品多样化、产业规划有效推进资源整合、本地与海外需求充足等方面的竞争力优势。与国内省市比较发现,广东文化产业面临扩大规模和深化集聚瓶颈、传统产业升级难、科研投入过于集中和投资增长缓慢等方面的问题。结合发达国家的经验,本文提出整合政府资源以拓展新兴产业链、创新保护落实到基层、强化企业合作、提升产品文化内涵以加强全球竞争等建议。 From the perspective of new business formats, the competitiveness of the cultural industries in a region manifests itself in the forms of the capability of industrial integration, product innovation, resource integration, and market expansion. Guangdong's cultural industries have several competitive advantages,including technological convergence, enterprise and product diversification, effective industrial plans for integrating resources, and sufficient local and overseas demands. Comparing with the other cities and provinces in China, Guangdong's cultural industries are also facing with challenges such as the bottleneck for expanding the scale and agglomeration, the difficulty of upgrading traditional industries, the over-concentration of research resources, and the slow growth of investment. Based on the experience of the developed countries, it is suggested that the government should integrate government resources to expand the new industrial chain, put the innovation protection measures into practice in the grassroot community,strengthen the cooperation between enterprises, and enrich the cultural connotations of the products in a global market.
