摘要
通过采用"反转法"原理和旋转矩阵等数学工具,推演得到德国高速印刷机机构之平底演化型凸轮轮廓的通用解析公式,围绕平底与连杆夹角σ的不同取值进行了研究讨论。较圆满地解决了平底演化型机构的凸轮轮廓设计问题,为该演化型的推广应用进一步地奠定了重要理论基础。
By adopting the principle of kinematic inversion and the mathematical tools such as rotation matrix,the general analytic formula of cam contour of flat evolution type of high-speed printing press mechanism from German is obtained through deduction. The study and discussion surrounding the different values of the angle σ between flat and connecting rod are carried out,the problem of cam contour design of flat evolution type mechanism of is solved successfully,the important theoretical basis for further popularization and application of this evolution type is provided.
