低速重载齿轮箱传动效率分析与测试

Analysis and Test of the Transmission Efficiency of Low Speed and Heavy Duty Gearbox

通过对齿轮箱传动效率影响因素的分析,从消耗功率方面建立了齿轮箱传动效率的理论分析模型,模型考虑了齿轮啮合损耗、轴承摩擦损耗、搅油损失、油封摩擦损失以及风阻损失对齿轮箱传动效率的影响。根据某低速重载齿轮箱试验数据,对该方法所建计算模型进行了分析与验证,并进一步讨论了转速、转矩等对齿轮箱传动效率的影响,得到了齿轮箱传动效率与转速、转矩的变化曲线,为齿轮箱效率的进一步研究奠定了基础。

Through the analysis of the influence factors on transmission efficiency of gearbox,a theoretical analysis model of gearbox transmission efficiency is set up from the power consumption,and the influences of gear meshing loss,bearing friction loss,oil loss,oil seal friction loss and windage loss on gearbox transmission efficiency are considered. The analysis model is validated according to the test data of a low speed and heavy duty gearbox,and the influences of speed and torque on the transmission efficiency of gearbox are discussed,the changing curves of gear efficiency with the rotational speed and torque are obtained,the foundation for further research on the efficiency of the gearbox is laid.
