新型轻量化桥式起重机减速器箱体分析及结构优化 被引量:8

摘要 减速器是起重设备的关键部件,而箱体又是齿轮传动系统的承载体,起着支撑和固定的作用。利用Solid Works三维软件建立了新型轻量化桥式起重机减速器的箱体有限元模型并导入到ANSYS Workbench,对箱体实际受载情况进行了静力学分析,得出了箱体所受最大应力和变形量,为箱体结构改进和轻量化设计提供了依据。通过对箱体进行有限元模态分析,得到了箱体的固有频率及相应振型,将其与减速器的转频和啮合频率进行对比分析,确定减速器是否发生共振。 Reducer is the key component of hoisting equipment,and the case is the carrier of the gear system and plays the role of support and fixation. The three-dimensional finite element model of the gearbox is established by Solid Works software and imported it into ANSYS Workbench. The statics analysis is accomplished for each actual loading condition,the changing curve of the maximum stress and the deformation is obtained,the analysis results can provide the data support for the subsequent structure improvement and light-weight design. The natural frequency and vibration type is obtained by completing the modal analysis of the case,and whether the resonance phenomenon happens can be determined by comparing the natural frequency of the reducer with the meshing frequency and the rotational frequency.
