摘要
根据自动裁剪胶带装置对间歇运动停歇比可调的工艺要求,通过对间歇结构运动规律的研究,提出了一种运动和停歇比可连续调节的不完全齿轮间歇机构,进行了参数化设计和结构设计,应用MATLAB软件编制不完全齿轮机构主要参数求解程序,解决了自动定长裁剪双面胶带设备中胶带夹取和刀片切割的时间间歇问题;并且根据胶带型号宽度和长度的变化,可自由连续调整运动和停歇比,充分发挥设备性能的同时满足自动化生产节拍要求,提高了生产效率。
According to the requirement of automatic cutting tape,through studying the motion law of the intermittent mechanism,a novel incomplete gear intermittent mechanism is proposed,in which the intermittent ratio can be adjusted continuously. With detail structure design and parameter calculation,the problem of time interval between the tape clamped and cut of the intermittent mechanism in the automatic tape cutting device is solved by using the related program developed with software MATLAB. The continuous adjustment of the intermittent ratio is realized according to the tape width and length. The intermittent mechanism gives full play to the performance of equipment and the production efficiency is improved.
