在现今社会,手机支付,已经成为医院为患者提供的一个新的支付通道和服务亮点。手机支付在为患者带来便捷的同时,也带来一定的财务安全风险。结合《行政事业单位内部控制规范》,医院需要完善现有的收费处内控管理制度,使手机支付更好地服务于患者和医院。

In current society,mobile-based payment has been a new payment channel and a highlighted service provided by hospitals. While mobile-based payment brings us much convenience,it also causes certain financing security risks. Based on Internal Control Norms of Administrative Institutions,current internal management system for hospital cashier shall be intensified,enabling mobile-based payment to serve patients and hospitals better.
