后勤士官院校全科医师化的做法

Implementation of General Practitioner in Logistic Non-commissioned-officers Academy

后勤士官学员具有明显的群体性、单一的结构性、复杂的地域性,其医疗保障涉及预防、临床、康复,以及心理咨询等诸多学科专业领域。因此,在后勤士官院校医疗保障中推行全科医师化具有重要的现实意义。本文从系统分析后勤士官学员特点入手,阐明全科医师工作在后勤士官院校应用的可行性和必要性。以襄阳士官学校为例,总结全科医师工作的经验和做法。

The logistic Non-commissioned-officer（ NCO） trainees are characterized by distinct groupment,simplex structure and complex regionalism. Their medical health care is related to numerous disciplines and professional fields,such as prevention,clinic,rehabilitation and psychological counseling. Therefore,it is of momentous practical significance to implement general practitioner in medical healthcare of logistic NCO academy.Through systematic analysis of logistic NCO trainees＇ characteristics,this paper illustrates the feasibility and necessity of general practitioner in logistic NCO academy. Taking the case of Xiangyang NCOs School as an example,the paper summarizes experience and measures of general practitioner＇s work.
