摘要
利用热重分析法,选取复合地板、夹芯板、细木工板和橱柜板4种常见室内木质可燃物进行热解特性研究。采用Coats-Redfern积分法选取最佳机理函数建立动力学模型,确定活化能和频率因子。结果表明:4种试样的热解过程均可分为失水、轻微失重、急剧失重和炭化4个阶段;橱柜板热稳定性最低,细木工板次之,再次是复合地板,夹芯板热稳定性相比最高。分析结果与实验结果相符,可为建立完备的木质材料热解特性数据库及建筑室内火灾防治、救援提供依据。
Using thermogravimetric analysis, the pyrolysis charac teristics of compound floor, sandwich board, joinery board and cabinet panels as 4 kinds of common indoor wood fuel were compared.The Coats-Redfern integral method was used to choose the best mechanism function for dynamics model, and determine theac- tivation energy and frequency factor. Results showed that, the py rolysis process of 4 kinds of sample can be divided into water, mild weightlessness, sharp weightlessness and carbonized four stages; sorting the wood by thermal stability from low to high is cabinet panel, joinery board, compound floor and sandwich board. The analysis result was consistent with the experimental results, and can help establishing complete wood pyrolysis characteristics data- base and providingbasis for building indoor fire prevention and rescue.
