中等程度明火的太阳能电池板燃烧性能

摘要 以单体燃烧试验为测试手段,设计两种试验条件:以太阳能电池板钢化玻璃面为受火面,模拟太阳能电池板遭受外部火源或是老化自燃时的燃烧状况;以TPT背板面为受火面,模拟太阳能电池板由于内部槽线盒或是电缆故障引发的燃烧。通过测量计算这两组试验中的HRR、FIGRA、THR等热释放参数,得出太阳能电池板暴露于中等程度明火火焰下的燃烧现象及行为。 Based on single burning item test,two different test con- ditions were performed, i,e. toughened glass of photovoltaic panel was exposed to fire to simulated photovoltaic panel subjected to ex- ternal fire or spontaneous combustion, and back sheet was exposed to fire to simulated its burning due to combustion of internal slot box or cables. By measuring heat release parameters such as HRR, FIGRA and THR, we concluded the burning behavior and fire per formance of photovoltaic panels under moderate flame test condi- tions.
