不同连接方式对榫卯节点耐火性能的影响

The influence of mortise-tenon joint in different connection mode on fire resistance

摘要 为了分析不同连接方式下榫卯节点耐火性能,选取云南松作为原材料,制作4种不同连接方式的榫卯节点,对榫卯节点的燃烧温度和最终的炭化情况进行了分析。结果表明:十字箍头榫、半榫、燕尾榫的节点温度稳定上升,馒头榫的温度变化幅度较大;在节点耐火性能上,按从优到劣排序分别为馒头榫、燕尾榫、半榫、十字箍头榫。 In order to analysis the influence of mortise-tenon joint in different connection mode on fire resistance, four types of mor- tise-tenon joints models were made by Pinus yunnanensis. And the temperature and carbonization of mortise-tenon joint were studied. Results showed that, the temperature of shizigutou, ban and dove- tail mortise-tenon joint steadily increase, while the temperature of mortise-tenon of fire resistance in joint has large range descending order is of change; the sequence mantou mortise-tenon joint, dovetail joint, ban mortise-tenon joint, shizigutou mortise-tenon joint. The results can provide the theoretical base for fire protection of classical wood construction.
