根据某大型商业综合体的建筑空间特点及商业流线和使用要求,分析存在的防火设计难点问题,如防火分区面积过大及安全疏散问题,对比分析不同防火设计方案的优缺点,并综合疏散设计给出防火设计策略和解决方案,以保障商业区域的消防安全。设计方案可为类似工程的消防设计提供参考。

According to the commercial requirements and space characteristics of a large commercial complex, the difficulties of fire design were discussed including overlarge fire compartment and problems of safety evacuation, the advantages and disadvan- tages of different fire design plans were compared, and the fire de- sign countermeasure was proposed combined with evacuation de sign, in order to guarantee the fire safety of the building, which could give references for fire safety design of similar projects.
