Investigation and identification of a major dead fire

通过对一起人员密集场所亡人火灾事故的调查,从现场痕迹、物证、鉴定结论、视频监控、模拟实验等多角度进行分析,确定起火部位为电表箱,利用排除法成功认定起火原因为电气故障引发火灾。分析火灾成因,包括电气线路敷设不规范、装修材料耐火等级低、初期火灾扑救不力、未及时引导人员疏散等,并结合火灾调查过程提出几点体会。

Through the investigation of a major dead fire in assem bly occupancies, analysis was made from aspects as on-site trace, material evidence, identification results, video surveillance and simulation experiment, the fire origin was identified as meter box, and the fire cause was identified as electrical fault by exclusion method. The disaster cause was analyzed, including irregular laying of electrical lines, low-rate fire resistance of decoration material, inefficient early stage fire fighting and not timely guidance of people evacuation, and several experiences were proposed corn bined with fire investigation.
