泳衣面料水热法抗菌疏水染色复合整理研究

摘要 在水热条件下,采用银掺杂纳米Ti O2、拒水剂AG-7620和酸性染料NHF-S对泳衣面料(文中选用锦氨针织物)进行处理,实现了抗菌、疏水改性和染色的一步完成。借助扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等测试手段对锦氨针织物的复合改性效果进行了表征,并且还测试了织物的疏水、抗菌和染色性能。试验结果表明:银掺杂纳米Ti O2疏水泳衣面料具有优异的抗菌能力、良好的疏水性能及较高的耐刷洗色牢度和耐干、湿摩擦色牢度。 Silver doped nano-TiO2.water repellent AG-7620 and acid dye NHF-S were used to deal with swimwear (the kam ammonia knitted fabric was selected in this paper), realized the anti-bacterial, hydrophobic modification and dyeing one step under hydrothermal condition. The effect of compound modification of kam ammonia knitted fabric was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).X-ray energy spectrum (EDS).X-ray diffraction(XRD) and other test means etc, and the fabric of hydrophobic.antibacterial and dyeing performance were also tested. The experimental result shows that the mixed silver nano-TiO2 hydrophobic swimwear has excellent antibacterial ability, long hydrophobic property, good fastness to scrub and dry or wet rubbing fastness.
