棉麻织物的柔软抗皱整理

Soft and Anti-wrinkle Finishing of Ramie/Cotton Fabric

对棉麻织物进行抗皱整理,通过对工艺流程的详细分析,选择合适的助剂及整理加工工艺,进一步对成品织物进行缩水率、耐摩擦色牢度、甲醛含量以及折痕回复性能的测试。结果表明,织物经过抗皱整理后上述各项性能均有所提升,且耐水洗,整理的持久性较好。

Through the detailed analysis of the process, the appropriate auxiliary and finishing process were selected. The ramie cotton fabric was finished by wrinkle resistant treatment. Furthermore, the shrinkage, color fastness to rubbing, formaldehyde content and crease recovery of finished fabrics were tested. The results show that all the properties of the fabric have been improved after anti crease finishing, and the fabric has good washfastness.
