上海市黄浦区公共卫生医师规范化培训的实践与探索

Practice and exploration in establishment of standardized training system for public health physicians in Huangpu District,Shanghai

目的 :探索建立公共卫生医师规范化培训的方法和制度,为今后全面实施和推行公共卫生医师规范化培训提供经验。方法 :通过专家论证,明确培训目标、对象、课程设置、课时安排、考核方法、效果评估等。根据培训方案对黄浦区疾病预防中心30名学员开展公共卫生医师规范化培训。结果 :经过为期10个月的培训,所有学员均通过理论考试、技能考试及撰写研究报告或论文等综合手段的考评,通过率100.0%。77.0%以上的学员对各项课程的整体评价为"很好"。结论 :通过本次培训,学员充实和丰富了公共卫生专业的相关理论知识,提升了专业技能、服务技能和管理技能,同时积累了办学经验,可为全市开展公共卫生医师规范化培训提供借鉴。

Objective： To explore the establishment of standardized training system for public health physicians and to provide scientific evidence for further implementation and promotion of the training system. Methods： Core contents of the training such as training goal, target group, curriculum, teaching hours, assessment method, and effect evaluation were determined through expert review. Thirty public health physicians from Shanghai Huangpu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention were enrolled in the first round of the training according to the scheme. Results： After the 10-month training, all trainees （ 100.0% ） passed theory and manipulation tests and finished research reports or essays. More than 77.0% of the trainees evaluated the training scheme as ＂very good＂. Conclusion： Trainees has enriched public health related knowledge and improved professional, service, and management skills after the standardized training. Experience is also accumulated on the establishment of standardized training system for public health physicians, which could provide reference for its promotion across Shanghai.
