文章简要评析加速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)在肝切除患者术前、术中、术后的应用现状及关键技术,结合肝脏生理基础和病理生理变化,进一步的临床探索和创新,使治疗模式向个体化、合理化、微创化方向转变,以达到延长患者生存时间,提高生命质量,促进患者康复的目的。

The essay briefly evaluate and analyze preoperative,intra-operative, postoperative application status and key technology of fast track surgery in patients with hepatectomy. With combinations of hepatic physiological ba- sis and pathological and physiological changes ,further clinical exploration and innovation, treatment pattern trans- formation of individualization rationalization mini-invasion, we can shorten the hospitalization time, improve life quality and promote recovery.
