摘要
通信技术是一个以技术为导向的行业,培养具有创新能力的高级技术技能型通信人才是通信高等职业教育的重要任务。目前本学院的通信技术专业正在申请国际IEET认证,该认证首先要确定本专业的教育目标与核心能力。由于教育目标与核心能力决定了专业的培养计划、课程体系、教学大纲、学生管理、学生成效、师资队伍建设、实验室管理等的制定,因此教育目标与核心能力的设定对专业的发展至关重要。本文借鉴国际经验,设定具有国际认可的教育目标与核心能力,并讨论两者之间的关联性,给其他专业申请国际认证提供经验借鉴。
Communication technology is a specialty which takes technic as the orientation. Fostering students who have innovation ability is an important task in higher vocational education. At present, our communication technology specialty is applying for IEET international certification. In this certification, to confirm educational objectives and core competence is a primary task, which is very important to the development of communication technology specialty and influence on training plan, course system, syllabus, student management, teaching staff and training room establishing. So, this article analyzes the relationship between educational ob- jectives and core competence, which takes example by international experience. This analysis can be a good reference for other spe- cialties.
