With the promotion of the third round of PPP project in our country, some higher vocational colleges have begun to try to adopt the PPP model in the new campus construction. Starting from the ne- cessity and feasibility of the PPP model in the construction of the new campus of higher vocational colle- ges,the paper analyzes the legal problems in the process,including the procedural legality,project finan- cing, the choice of social capital, the formation of project company and the return on project investment, and makes a detailed analysis on how to keep away from legal risks.
