为深入推进汽车指挥专业实战化教学改革,提高汽车指挥专业人才培养水平,提出必须准确把握内涵,解决改什么的目标与方向问题;完善课程体系,解决教什么、训什么的内容问题;创新教学方法,解决怎么教、怎么训的手段问题;加强条件建设,解决如何营造实战化教学环境问题;构建评估体系,解决标准是什么、结果如何用的问题等5个方面的对策与建议。

In order to promote combat-oriented teaching reform and improve personnel training level in automobile command major, the paper puts forward some countermeasures from following 5 aspects： grasping the connotation and setting reform target and direction, completing course system and determining teaching and training contents, creating teaching method and training method, strengthening condition construction and building combat-oriented teaching environment, and con- structing evaluation system and setting up standard.
