摘要
自然资源与经济增长之间的互动关系错综复杂。通过对青海省资源诅咒系数的研究发现,在青海经济发展过程中,资源诅咒系数大于1,整体发展呈现出"资源诅咒"效应。为摆脱资源开发对经济发展的阻碍作用,提出青海应该积极发展循环经济,走创新驱动道路。
The interactive relationship between natural resources and economic growth is complex. Based on the study of the coefficient of resource curse in Qinghai province, we find that in the process of economic development in Qinghai, the coefficient of resource curse is greater than 1, and the overall development presents a ＂resource curse＂ effect. Therefore, in order to get rid of the hindrance effect of resource development on economic development, it is suggested that Qinghai should develop the circular economv and take the road of innovation.
