茵陈五苓散治疗代谢综合征患者瘦素、脂联素等水平影响的研究

Effect of Yinchen Wuling Powder on Leptin and Adiponecti in Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome Patients

目的:探讨茵陈五苓散治疗代谢综合征患者瘦素(LEP)、脂联素(ADPN)等水平影响。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年7月本院收治的代谢综合征患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在此基础上给予茵陈五苓散。比较治疗前后两组各项观察指标,相关性分析LEP,ADPN与各项观察指标的关系。结果:治疗前,两组各项观察指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组各项观察指标均发生显著变化,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LEP与身体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)呈显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)呈显著负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ADPN与HDL-C呈显著正相关,与BMI、SBP、DBP、GLU、TG呈显著负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LEP和ADPN与BMI、SBP、DBP、GLU、TG、HDL-C密切相关,基于辨证论治的茵陈五苓散治疗代谢综合征,使脂质代谢恢复平衡,改善胰岛素抵抗。

Objective： To discuss the effect of Yinchen Wuling Powder on levels of leptin （ LEP ） and adiponecti （ ADPN ） in treatment of metabolic syndrome patients.Method： A total of 120 patients with metabolic syndrome were selected from October 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 60 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment, the observation group was given Yinchen Waling Powder on the basis of the control group.All kinds of obvervational indexes of two groups were compared and the relation of LEP, ADPN and the others were analyzed by linear correlation.Result： There were no statistical significance in all kinds of observation indexes of two groups before treatment （ P〉0.05 ） .After treatment, all kinds of observation indexes of two groups changed significantly, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .LEP was positively correlated with Body Mass Index （ BMI ）, Systolic Blood Pressure （ SBP ）, Diastolic Blood Pressure （ DBP ）, glucose （ GLU ）, triglyceride （ TG ） and negatively correlated with high-density lipoproteincholesterol （ HDL-C ）, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .ADPN was positively correlated with HDL-C and negatively correlated with BMI, SBP, DBP, GLU, TG, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： LEP and ADPN are closely associated to BMI, SBP, DBP, GLU, TG, HDL-C, and based on syndrome differentiation, Yin Chen Wuling Powder in treatment of metabolic syndrome can restore balance to lipid metabolism and improve insulin resistance.
