全过程护理模式在冠心病介入治疗中的应用效果分析及价值评价

Application Effect Analysis and Value Evaluation of Whole Process Nursing Mode in the Interventional Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究全过程护理模式在冠心病介入治疗中的应用效果及价值。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年6月笔者所在医院收治的冠心病介入治疗的患者286例,采用随机数表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组143例,对照组采用常规护理模式,试验组采用全过程护理模式,比较两组用SAQ量化的患者生活质量、患者的满意度以及患者抑郁、焦虑的发生率。结果:SAQ结果显示,试验组患者心绞痛稳定状态、躯体活动受限程度、治疗满意程度、心绞痛发作频率、疾病的认识5个维度的得分均比高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者抑郁发生率、焦虑发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理模式能够有效提高冠心病介入治疗患者患者恢复期的生活质量,提高患者护理满意度,以及改善抑郁和焦虑情况,值得在临床上推广。

Objective： To explore the application effect and value of whole process nursing model in the interventional therapy of coronary heart disease.Method： From June 2015 to June 2016, 286 patients with coronary heart disease and adopted interventional treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, 143 eases in each group, the control group adopted routine nursing, the experimental group adopted whole process nursing mode, the life quality SAQ quantization, nursing satisfaction and the incidence rate of depression and anxiety of two groups were compared.Result： SAQ result showed that the angina stable status, level of physical activity limitation, treatment satisfaction, angina frequency, disease awareness in 5 dimension scores of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistic significant （ P〈0.05 ） ; the depression and anxiety incidence rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Whole process nursing model can effectively improve the life quality of patients with coronary heart disease patients with interventional treatment, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, relieve depression and anxiety, which is worthy of clinical application.
