摘要 在石脑油原料过剩的情况下,针对汽油+芳烃型重整装置开展了原料组分优化的研究。通过对预加氢精制油和加氢裂化石脑油各个馏分段的族组成进行分析,模拟测算各馏分段在重整反应过程中的变化,提出应将在重整反应过程中对辛烷值增加贡献最大的石脑油组分作为重整原料。装置试验结果表明,将加氢裂化石脑油120~140℃的馏分由调合汽油改为作重整原料,预加氢精制油初馏点提高至80℃,终馏点降低至169℃,可在装置加工负荷不变的情况下,每月增加效益320万元。 A study is conducted for the optimization of feedstock components for catalytic reforming unit for gasoline aromatics production under the conditions of excessive feedstock supply. Based on the analysis of PONA data of each fraction of hydrotreated naphtha and hydrocracking naphtha,the change in the reforming reaction process are simulated and calculated. It is recommended that the naphtha fractions whose octane number increase is the biggest in the process should be used as reforming feedstock. The test results show that,when the hydrocracking naphtha fractions of 120 ~ 140 ℃ is used as reforming feedstock instead of blended gasoline,the initial boiling point of pre-hydrotreated oil is elevated to 80 ℃ and the end distillation point is lowered to 169 ℃. The monthly increase of economic benefits is 3. 2 million Yuan( RMB) per month under the condition of constant processing capacity.
