摘要
目的:分析产房护理工作中存在的各种安全隐患因素及护理对策。方法:从我院分娩的产妇中随机抽取出60例,将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组产妇进行常规护理,观察组产妇在产房护理安全隐患的基础上,进行针对性护理,观察并对比两组产妇的安全事故发生率和护理满意度。结果:观察组产妇的安全事故发生率是10.0%、护理满意度是96.7%,对照组产妇的安全事故发生率是43.3%、护理满意度是66.7%,P<0.05,差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论:分析产房护理工作中存在的各种安全隐患因素,对产妇进行针对性护理,有助于提高护理满意度,降低产房安全事故的发生率。
objective ： To analyze the various risk factors exist in the delivery room nursing work and nursing countermeasures. Methods from our hospital were randomly selected 60 cases, divided into observation group and control group, control group received routine nursing, the observation group of women in the delivery room nursing safety hazards, for targeted nursing, observation and safety were compared between the two groups and the incidence of nursing satisfaction. The safety accidents of maternal observation group nursing satisfaction rate was 10%, 96.7%, safety accident control group maternal nursing satisfaction rate was 43.3%, 66.7%, P〈0. 05, significant difference was statistically significant. Conclusion analysis of various risk factors exist in the delivery room nurs- ing work, maternal nursing, help to improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of accidents in the delivery room.
