急性胰腺炎患者的护理要点分析及临床研究

目的:探讨急性胰腺炎患者开展护理工作过程中的相关要点,以提高患者的生活质量。方法:选择我院2015年05月~2017年01月收治的132例急性胰腺炎患者作为实验对象;所有患者分组通过随机数表法展开;对照组:常规护理干预;观察组:综合护理干预;对腹胀恢复时间以及生活质量评分等加以回顾性分析。结果:观察组急性胰腺炎患者腹胀恢复时间等指标改善程度优于对照组急性胰腺炎患者(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分方面优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:急性胰腺炎患者,合理给予综合护理干预,在改善患者腹胀恢复时间以及提高生活质量评分方面,获得效果确切,确保患者生活质量明显提高。

objective：to study the patients with acute pancreatitis related key points in the process of nursing work, in order to im- prove the patient＇s quality of life. Method： choose 132 patients for experiment object. Results： the observation group of patients with abdominal distention improved indexes of recovery time is better than the control group. Conclusion： patients with acute pancreatitis, give reasonable comprehensive nursing intervention, in improving patients with abdominal distension recovery time and improve the quality of life scores, obtain significant results.
