摘要
目的:分析宫外孕患者应用开腹宫外孕手术与腹腔镜下手术的不同效果。方法:选择2014年11月—2016年10月在本院接受治疗的宫外孕患者76例,随机平均分成观察和对照组,观察组实施腹腔镜手术,对照组开腹手术,比较效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均优于对照组。结论:腹腔镜下宫外孕手术治疗宫外孕患者能够减小创口,促进术后恢复,值得推广。
objeetive：to analyze the different effects of ectopic pregnancy and laparoscopie surgery in eetopic pregnancy. Methods; Methods： 76 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to --2016 in October were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic operation.Results： the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion： laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy in patients with ectopic pregnancy can reduce wound, promote postoperative recovery, is worthy of promotion.
